Postage and Delivery
1.16 To qualify for same day courier shipments, we must receive your order before 10.00am, due to courier collection times. For Northern Ireland Shipments, please allow 3 working days for delivery. Any orders received after 10.00am will be shipped the next available working day, excepting occurrences and situations beyond our reasonable control. Please Note that it is our policy to send your purchase(s) to your paypal address, so please ensure that your Paypal address is correct before placing your order. Please note that we cannot refund for items that have not arrived due to incorrect address details. If you would like us to use an alternate address, please send us a message at the time of purchase.
In the event that your item has not arrived on the expected date, please do allow 15 working days and check with your local Royal Mail Sorting office before reporting item as officially lost. (This is in accordance with Royal mail’s issued guide lines) Please note that unfortunately, we can only take responsibility for undelivered items if the courier option is requested, and selected at an additional cost.
Opening Hours & Shipping Times
1.17 Please note that we cannot make shipments on a Saturday or Sunday, due to us not being open at weekends. Any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, excepting occurrences and situations beyond our reasonable control. Normal shipping days are Monday - Friday, excepting Bank Holidays. We will try to meet the shipping times stated but cannot guarantee them.
Returns
1.18 In the event that your item has not arrived on the expected date, please do allow 15 working days and check with your local Royal Mail Sorting office before reporting item as officially lost. (This is in accordance with Royal mail’s issued guide lines) Please note that should you need to return an item, you will be responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty.

1.19 All of our product information is offered in good faith, but is only intended as a guide. Flylight, or any of its staff cannot accept any liability for errors on the Flylight online shop. We do make every possible effort to provide you with accurate and up to date information, but errors, however rare, can sometimes occur. The information about particular products on our website is intended to inform you briefly about the features and benefits about the said product, but it is not a definitive list and there can sometimes be additional information that has not been supplied. Dimensions and other technical specifications on this site are generally as provided by the manufacturer and are sometimes approximate.

Returns
1.20 We want your shopping experience with Flylight to be secure, enjoyable and convenient, and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or you decide that you no longer require the item, for your convenience items may be returned to us in a re-saleable condition (for items that are not faulty or damaged) within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Postage charges are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives back to us safely and in good condition – please choose a suitable secure / insured posting method as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us. Please email us before returning any item. We will endeavour to replace any item found defective or damaged, subject to our current stock availability. If we are unable to offer you a replacement, we will offer you a refund. This is in addition to your manufacturer's guarantee. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for details. Please note that we cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery has taken place.
